Homes Coming Soon

This camera shot captures the essence and uniqueness of this development showing modern, community-focused living seamlessly integrated with nature. Set against the backdrop of a vibrant, tree-lined reserve, it offers a compelling vision of contemporary terrace homes that feel both elevated and grounded.
Mt Roskill, Auckland
The architecture is clearly read by defined gable forms, a warm and varied palette of light and dark brick textures and refined black roofing that adds a sense of cohesion and timelessness. Generous glazing invites natural light deep into the interiors, while subtle facade variation breaks up the rhythm to enhance individual identity within the larger streetscape.
The park-like setting is activated with families strolling, children exploring, and a strong sense of belonging.
This new housing development tells a story of livability — of homes that offer more than shelter. They offer a lifestyle. A place where quality design meets community, where proximity to green space enhances wellbeing, and where every element has been considered to support the needs of growing families, downsizers, and everyone in between.

This is not just a development. It’s a destination. A place people will be proud to call home.
Background
We’re a property development and investment group delivering projects across Auckland, Hamilton, and the wider Waikato region. Our focus is on creating high-quality residential and mixed-use developments in well-connected locations — close to town centres, public transport, and the everyday amenities that make communities thrive.
At the heart of our work is a commitment to creating thoughtfully designed environments that promote a sense of tranquility, wellbeing, and everyday practicality. Collaborating with some of New Zealand’s leading architects and urban designers, we shape spaces that are both beautiful and enduring.
What sets us apart is our use of brick — a timeless material that offers far more than just good looks. Unlike lightweight cladding systems that require regular repainting and ongoing maintenance, brick delivers natural insulation, superior noise reduction, and lasting durability. It provides rich textures and strong visual appeal from day one — and will continue to do so for decades to come. Our homes are built to last, to perform, and to age gracefully — just like the communities we’re proud to help shape.
Meet Andrew Yeoman

Andrew has been passionate about real estate and urban design for as long as he can remember, embarking on his first development in 2004. Starting with small-scale townhouse projects of four or five homes, he steadily grew his portfolio to include larger, more complex developments of 10 to 145 homes across Auckland, Hamilton, and the Waikato.
What sets Andrew apart is his unwavering focus on purpose-driven design — creating communities that not only look good now but will continue to thrive and age beautifully over time. He believes that well-designed homes and shared spaces should make people feel proud of where they live. That philosophy is reflected in standout developments like a 45-home project in Favona, Auckland, and a 27-townhouse development in Chartwell, Hamilton — both of which showcase the lasting beauty of brick and thoughtful landscaping years after completion.
While Andrew sets the vision and initial design brief, he credits much of the success to his exceptional design team. With a shared commitment to quality, they consistently deliver homes that are practical, enduring, and visually timeless. Andrew remains driven by the simple idea that excellence — in design, construction, and community — should never go out of style.
